What time can I check in?

Check-in is possible from 4pm to 10pm in summer and from 4pm to midnight in winter. If you arrive earlier and your room is ready, we'll be happy to give you the key. If it's not ready, you can check in and enjoy the hotel's facilities while you wait for your room. If you arrive after reception has closed, no problem! Just let us know and we'll arrange for you to arrive independently.

What time should I check out?

Rooms must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure.

Why take out travel insurance?

Enjoy peace of mind with cancellation & interruption insurance. In partnership with Safebooking, we offer to insure your stay for just 4.5% of the booking price. This means you can easily interrupt or cancel your stay in the event of unforeseen circumstances: illness, accident, death of a loved one, damage to your home, work...

Insurance must be added and paid for at the time of booking. All participants are covered.

Are pets allowed?

We are always delighted to welcome your 4-legged friends.

For €15 per night, your pet can accompany you to your room.

Where can I park?

We have an uncovered outdoor parking lot with a limited number of spaces. Spaces are available upon reservation.

Val d'Isère parking lots are free in summer. We recommend the Laisinant parking lot, just a 5-minute walk from the hotel.

In summer, the ski room is transformed into a bicycle garage. So you can park your bike with complete peace of mind.

Where can I rent ski equipment?

Visit our partner Sport 2000 - Iseran Sport, located next door to the hotel, to benefit from preferential rates. Book your equipment online now to take advantage of the best rates.

 

Where can I store my ski equipment?

We have a closed, secure ski room where you can store your equipment during your stay at Victoria Lodge.

How far is the hotel from the ski slopes?

The hotel is 500m from the center of Val d'Isère and right next to the UCPA stop on the red bus. These free shuttles make it quick and easy to get from one end of the resort to the other. In just 2 stops you'll be on the snow front with the main lifts. All you have to do is put on your skis and enjoy your day on the slopes.
