What time can I check in?
Check-in at Victoria Lodge, your 3-star hotel in Val d’Isère, is available from 4:00 PM to midnight. If you arrive earlier and your room is ready, we’ll be happy to give you your keys. If not, you can drop off your luggage, check in, and enjoy the hotel’s common areas. For any arrivals after midnight, simply let us know in advance: we’ll arrange a simple and secure self-check-in.
Where can we park during our stay?
The hotel has an outdoor, uncovered parking lot with a limited number of spaces, available by reservation. In summer, a locked garage is also available for motorcycles and bicycles—a convenient solution for travelers on two wheels traveling along the Route des Alpes.
