What time can I check in?
Check-in at Victoria Lodge, your 3-star hotel in Val d'Isère, is possible from 4pm to midnight. If you arrive earlier and your room is ready, we'll be happy to hand over the keys. If not, you can drop off your luggage, check in and use the hotel's common areas. For arrivals after midnight, just let us know in advance: we'll arrange a simple, secure, independent check-in.
Where can I park during my stay?
The hotel has an outdoor, uncovered parking lot with a limited number of spaces, accessible by reservation. In summer, a closed garage is also available for motorcycles and bicycles - a practical solution for two-wheeled travelers on the Alpine road.
Where to eat in Val d'Isère?
The Victoria Lodge Lodge staff will be happy to recommend good places to eat in the resort. In the evening, head to the panoramic Les Toits de Val d'Isère restaurant, on the fourth floor of the hotel, for refined mountain cuisine prepared by our chef. It's also the perfect place to enjoy a drink while admiring the view over the village rooftops.
Can I use the wellness area and spa?
Yes, the wellness area is open to all guests and can be used free of charge for 30 minutes a day, subject to availability. An ideal place to relax after a day on the slopes or hiking in the mountains.
